In a nutshell, lenders are paying us to help you get a great home loan.
Why? Well, new customers are worth a lot to lenders. Plus, we do a lot of the heavy lifting that a lender would normally do to help you through the home loan process, so they’re willing to pay us for that.
But importantly – we don’t play favourites. Not only are commissions similar across the board, as mortgage brokers, we’re legally obligated to put your best interests first when recommending a home loan.
And you’ll never pay more for your loan with us vs. going direct to the lender. In fact, we can often negotiate you a better deal compared to the advertised rate.
